The MDiv (Pastoral Leadership) program is a 60-semester hour program. Students may complete the program at their own rate of progress, with most students completing the program in approximately 2 to 3 years. The program is very accessible to both full-time and bi-vocational pastors, with all courses being available through ATS Distance Education Formats.

The MDiv (Pastoral Leadership) program is specifically designed for those church leaders working within the church setting seeking to advance their expositional and administrative skills. The program is ideal for all pastors, associate pastors, and church leaders who are seeking to advance into the Doctorate of Ministry program. The MDiv program is also well suited for those who seeking advanced training without seeking to advance into other ATS programs.
