Using a blog to convey the news and announcements for your school is a great idea and it shares with others the accomplishments your students are having. A book from the library, like "The Preacher and His Preaching would make a great gift that says you care about the spiritual well being of the recipient and that you would rather impart a life long gift by teaching him or her how to fish rather than fishing for them. This is a neat way for everyone that goes there to stay in the loop isn't it. I was wondering though for this purpose wouldn't it be better to use a software like "The City or something. I know a lot of local Churches are using "The City as a social media for just their church members that way they can post prayer requests and praise reports and such with out public interference. It truly is a sacrifice of love for her to go on a mission during the holidays when most people with families are thinking of spending time with their loved ones. This is also interesting work. You get to see a far away place that has so much ancient architecture. We know the missionary work has its spiritual benefits, but I guess it has other benefits as well. I wish I was a writer because that could be very interesting to say the least.
